This project, built on the site of the previous Cambusnethan Primary School at a cost of £2.3million by Wates Living Space.

As part of the council's £150m 'Building for the Future' programme of new-build housing, 18 properties were purchased from David Wilson Homes in the first phase of new housing at Ravenscraig in Motherwell.
