Tenant Participation Review
Take time and be part of our tenant participation review
We have been seeking the views of our tenants, customers and partners to help shape tenant participation services and activities across North Lanarkshire.
Our tenants, residents and customers are at the heart of our service and we want to continue to build on the good partnership working we've already established; that's why we encouraged as many people as possible to complete our last survey and take part in face to face engagement opportunities.
We always place participation very high on our agenda as involvement from our tenants and other customers is fundamental to delivering an excellent service, and we feel that our service consults and involves tenants in a range of ways including our annual tenant conference, tenant scrutiny and tenant satisfaction surveys.
Key areas of focus for this review are to increase levels of involvement and satisfaction by maximising the potential of North Lanarkshire Federation of Tenants' & Residents' Associations, local tenants' and residents' groups, North Lanarkshire Tenants' and Residents' Participation Project and the individual tenant.
The online surveys closed on 31st January 2017, however, there is still opportunity to be involved.
North Lanarkshire Federation of Tenants and Residents organised two open days. The first, a project review session, took place on Saturday 14 January at 10am at the Daisy Park Centre, Motherwell. The second one, a tenant participation review session, takes place on Saturday 25 February at 10am in Coatbridge Community Centre. We would urge you to take part. If you would like to be involved please contact them on 01236 435844.
