Application for interment
This form should be used to request a burial in any of our cemeteries.

Application for interment of cremated remains
This form should be used to request burial of cremated remains within any of our cemeteries

Application to erect a memorial headstone, add inscriptions, carry out renovations etc.
This form is usually completed by monumental masons prior to any of the work being carried out.  You can view a list of registered monumental masons in 'related articles'.

Application to scatter cremated remains
This form should be used to request the scattering of cremated remains in any of our cemeteries.

Application to plant a memorial tree
To be completed in order to arrange the planting of a memorial tree within one of our cemeteries.

Application for transfer of lair certificate
This form should be completed to transfer lair ownership.

Application for duplicate lair certificate
Use this form to request a duplicate lair certificate for one which is lost or damaged.

Request for search of cemetery records

Use this form to request a search of records, by our cemeteries administration staff, for any of our cemeteries. Please note there may be a cost for this service.
