Single Outcome Agreement 2008-2011.

North Lanarkshire has its first Single Outcome Agreement. It represents the shared ambitions of the North Lanarkshire Partnership and lays a firm foundation on which we will build our community planning for the future.

The SOA signals a fundamental change to the relationship between central and local government and should allow us to deliver real changes with real results.

These results will emerge and benefit North Lanarkshire as we work more – and more closely – with our partners and our communities.
