You can either:

• Phone us using the number in the 'contact us' box
• Click 'report a lighting fault'.

When phoning, please give details of the defect being reported together with your own details, (name, address, postcode and telephone number), to allow us to follow up the call and advise you of the action taken.

Outwith normal working hours, the telephone service is provided by an answering machine where you can leave details of the defect and your contact details, again to allow a follow up on the service. You can, of course, report online 24 hours of the day.

The online forms and telephone number are available 24 hours a day, but are not emergency services. Should you have a genuine emergency, then you should contact your local police office where a decision on the seriousness of the enquiry will result in appropriate action being taken.

South Lanarkshire Council have their own roads reporting line - 0845 7406080 (during office hours) or 0800 242024 (out of office hours).
