Our Private Landlord Newsletter aims to provide landlords with relevant updates on policy and legislation changes as well as guidance on sources of support and assistance.
Landlord Forum
The forum is hosted by North Lanarkshire Council in partnership with the Scottish Association of Landlords (SAL) and aims to:
- Promote good quality accommodation in North Lanarkshire and encourage good practice.
- Provide a platform for you to share experiences of renting accommodation in North Lanarkshire.
- Increase awareness of changes in legislation, policy and procedures.
- Provide advice and information to help support you as a landlord.
Our landlord forum events are free to attend and open to all private-sector landlords and letting agents in North Lanarkshire.
The last forum was held on Tuesday 30 April 2024. Presentations from the event can be viewed below.
