North Lanarkshire is Scotland’s biggest council landlord with approx. 36,500 properties.
On average £65m is invested back into our housing stock on annual basis to help meet the challenges of ensuring our housing stock meets the required standards and legislative requirements such as the Scottish Housing Quality Standard and EESSH (Energy Efficiency Standard for Social Housing).
