Now more than ever, we need to think about people who live in our local communities, as well as friends and families who may need help.
Some will have an underlying condition that means they are more at risk if they contract coronavirus. Others might feel particularly isolated if they live alone or are the only able adult in the household with care responsibilities. And some may need a helping hand because they cannot, or have been told that they must not leave the house.
We can help. Whether you need essential items and medicine or simply a friendly voice at the other end of the phone.
Many people will have well-established support arrangements in place and don't need our help, while others need that bit of extra support.
