Licensing board publication scheme - Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002

The above act requires that all Scottish public authorities maintain a publication scheme. A publication scheme sets out the types of information that a public authority routinely makes available

The North Lanarkshire Licensing Board has adopted the Model Publication Scheme produced by the Scottish Information Commissioner.  This scheme has the Commissioner's approval until 31st May 2017.

The purpose of this guide to information is to:

  • provide you with details of the range of information that is routinely published in relation to the work of the board; and
  • tell you how to access this information, and tell you whether it is available free, or if there is a charge for the information.

Please see 'downloads' for the most recent Model Publication Scheme.

Please use the 'contact us' box if you have any questions.  For more information, see 'other useful websites'.
