This page will keep you up-to-date with information regarding our customer contact centre Northline.

The Contact Centre opening hours are 8:45am to 4:45pm Mon - Thurs and 8:45 to 4:15pm on Fridays. 

Customer Service Professionals

At Northline we put you, our customers, at the forefront of what we do and the services we provide.

Our team at Northline are trained to a high-standard of customer service and are now multi-skilled on a wider range of council services, providing our customers with even more knowledge and experience than before.  For example, many agents now have skills on areas such as environmental, housing repairs, telephone payments and many more. If you have more than one query, just ask and our experienced staff will be happy to help!

Many of our team have now completed the national Customer Service Professional qualification. This qualification further improves our agents skills and knowledge in their role within North Lanarkshire Council. The award is an SVQ recognised qualification in customer service and takes around two years to complete. So far 27 of our agents have gained this Award and a further 11 qualified at Certificate level!
