Waste Transfer Note

Your annual Waste Transfer Note for 2024/25 is currently being compiled.  There is nothing you need to do.  We will prepare the documents and email them to you shortly.

Set up a Bisaccount

We have changed the way we do business. From 1 April 2022, our business waste collection service and any enquiries are now online only.

This new way of working will make it quicker and easier for you to manage your business waste account.

This is a two-step process. The first step is setting up a Bisaccount. This is a simple, secure way to help businesses transact with us online using just one username and password.

Before you start Step 2

When applying or renewing your business waste collection, existing customers will need:

  • your unique Customer ID number (this can be found on your invoice)
  • number and size of your council bins
  • frequency of your collections (weekly, fortnightly or monthly)
  • a valid payment card - for your £36 Waste transfer note fee

New customers will need:

  • number and size of your bins
  • frequency of your collections (weekly, fortnightly or monthly)
  • a valid payment card for your £36 waste transfer note fee and to purchase any bins you require

Read our Terms of Agreement before getting started.

You can also submit an enquiry by logging into your business waste account.

You will need your Bisaccount details to sign in.
