NLC Local

Council tenants can report housing repairs on their smartphones and tablets using the NLC Local App.

The App gives tenants an easy method to report their repairs and means Housing Services can respond in a more effective manner to each individual request.

The NLC Local App can be downloaded FREE for Apple and Android devices.

The key features of the App are:

  • It is free to download and simple to use

  • Reports are sent immediately with a photograph of the repair required to help

  • People can to report multiple problems and repairs

  • Tenants are able to detail their availability making it easier to arrange appointment times

  • Repair status can be tracked via the "App" by the tenant

Emergency repairs should continue to be reported immediately to the Northline Contact Centre on 0800 678 1166.

Tenants can also continue to report repairs as normal by telephone, email or in person at their local First stop shops.
