Clydeview School Relocation to Daisy Park Centre

The building works at Daisy Park Community Centre are progressing well and over the next couple of weeks will be moving into the final stages of plastering and painting. Once these are complete the new flooring will be laid. The council’s IT section have conducted their site survey and are working with the contractor to provide a final hardware fit.

The perimeter fence will also be going up over the next couple of weeks and fire gates are on order to be installed once delivered in early September.

Building Control officer has also visited the site and is satisfied with the standard and safety of the works to date. They will conduct a final site visit just prior to handover by the contractor.

Update on ASN planned relocations (23 June 2022)

Over the course of the last eighteen months, there has been a significant amount of planning, preparation and works carried out to complete these relocations:

Clydeview School to Daisy Park Centre (Firpark PS/Cathedral PS)
Pentland School to Townhead Community Centre (St Ambrose PS/Buchanan High School)
Fallside School to Coltness High School Campus
Portland School to Skills Academy

However, we have to advise that there is now a delay in these relocations.

If you are a parent/carer of a pupil who attends, or is due to attend, any of these schools we have sent you a letter outlining the reasons for this delay and our plans for the future relocation.

To ensure you are kept up to date with progress during the school holidays, we will provide further updates on this website. A letter has been posted to your home address and you should receive this before the end of the school term. This letter contains further details of the delay and can also be viewed on this website.
