With the recent increase in the early learning and childcare entitlement for families, now is a great time to work in the industry.
The changes have been great for families with more time for the children and cheaper childcare for working parents. But they have also increased opportunities for those interested in a career in childcare.
We have created a career pathway within the council which will support our practitioners through nationally accredited training as well as offering opportunities to progress.
