Proposed Waiting and Loading Restrictions Order.

Notice is hereby given that North Lanarkshire Council propose to consider the introduction of a Traffic Regulation Order, the effect of which will be to implement waiting and loading restrictions in order to improve road safety throughout schools in North Lanarkshire on the undernoted roads:

No Stopping at Any Time

Petersburn Road and Thrashbush Road, Airdrie

Albert Street, Coats Street, Colt Terrace, Craigend Drive, Laird Street, Portland Street and Sharp Avenue, Coatbridge

Dowanfield Road, Island Road, Scott Crescent, Scott Drive and Whitelees Road, Cumbernauld

Lochend Road, Gartcosh

Balmalloch Road, Kilsyth

Magna Street, Milton Street, Newarthill Road and Vickers Street, Motherwell

Coronation Road East, New Stevenson

Coltness Road, Wishaw

No Waiting and No Loading at Any Time

Constarry Road, Croy

No Waiting Monday to Friday – 8am until 4pm

Albert Street, Colt Terrace and Portland Street, Coatbridge

Any person wishing to object to the proposal must do so in writing to the Head of Legal and Democratic Solutions, North Lanarkshire Council, Civic Centre, Windmillhill Street, Motherwell ML1 1AB or to the email address noted above, no later than Wednesday, 30 March 2022 and must contain the name, address and contact details of the objector, the matters to which they relate and the grounds on which they are made.
