Update your young scot card photograph
If the photograph on your National Entitlement Card no longer resembles your current appearance, you can request to update it. You can update your photograph and request a replacement card in the following ways:
- Update photograph and request a replacement at getyournec.scot.
- Email youngscot@northlan.gov.uk stating your name, address and date of birth and attach a passport style image.
The replacement card will be posted to your home address in 5-10 working days.
You can also follow this process to order a replacement rail voucher and/or bus pass.
