Service update - call waiting times

Our Customer Service Hub is currently receiving an unusually high number of calls. As a result, waiting times may be longer than normal and could exceed one hour.

We’re sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience while our team works to support everyone as quickly as possible.

If your enquiry is not urgent, you may find it quicker to use our online services, where many requests can be made at a time that suits you.

Please note:

  • Your bin must be at the kerbside by 7am on collection day.
  • Each individual property is entitled to put one general waste bin out for collection.
  • Your bin lid must be closed.
  • We won't collect excess waste.
  • We collect on public holidays except Christmas and New Year. Look out for the festive message published in December for more information.
