Use this form to apply for a Digital Connectivity Challenge Fund application.

Before you start

You will need to provide the following documents:
  • Evidence of incorporation – such as the constitution or memorandum and articles of association of the applicant group.
  • Evidence of ownership or lease of the community facility where the improvements will take place – this could be a copy of the lease summary for the premises or proof of ownership. If the facility is leased confirmation of the landlord’s approval of the work will also be required.
  • A copy of your most recent bank statement showing account name, account number and sort code.
  • A copy of your organisations most recent annual accounts signed and dated as appropriate.
  • Cashflow projection – this should be provided for the following 12-month period to provide evidence that you can meet on-going revenue costs related to the improvement in connectivity.
