Currently some of our web-based contact telephony systems for services are being affected by technical issues through our provider. Please use online services where possible. 

For home support services, please contact the out of office numbers for each locality which can be found here: https://www.northlanarkshire.gov.uk/directories/social-work-locality-offices. Or in an emergency for home support, outwith office hours, contact 0300 555 0408. Community alarms are not affected. 

Schools and corporate services are not affected.

  • This service is for businesses and agents who are preparing to submit major or significant local planning applications.
  • Once you have received your application reference number (e.g. 24/00001/PREINV) by email, please log on to the ePlanning.scot Portal to submit an electronic copy of the drawings and all other required documents, using the Post Submission Additional Documents form. 


Email submission of forms, drawings or any other documents will not be accepted.
