Before you start

Only on receipt of the completed application form and fee, can we carry out a search of our records

• Planning Application History for a Single Property £150 
• Certified Copy of Decision Notice: £50
• Certified Copy of Decision Notice including Plans (Householder, Local and Advert Applications): £100
• Certified Copy of Decision Notice including Plans (Major Applications): £200

Please note:

• We may be unable to provide information on work exceeding 25 years old.
• The fee paid is not refundable if we can't provide copies.
• Once retrieved, we can only hold records from our archives for a limited time before they are returned.

You will need the postal address for the building. 

It would also be helpful if you have the planning permission reference number.
