Use this form to request a repair to a non-residential property. Requests can only be reported by those on the approved list.

We do different types of repairs. All are given a timed priority:

• Emergency works (danger to life, security or property) - three hours to attend.
• Urgent works (all non-emergency work) - three working days.
• Routine works (all non-emergency work) - 20 working days.
