Our service is available 24-hours-a-day - call 0300 123 1382.
Call handlers will be able to provide you with advice and assistance. If necessary, an Antisocial Response Officer and/or Police Scotland can carry out a visit. They will be able witness incidents and take any required action.
Each locality also has an Antisocial Response Team which will carry out investigations following initial reports. They will use all powers available to deal with antisocial behaviour sensitively and effectively.
During specific days of the week the service will also have a Night Time Response Team. They will be available to assist those experiencing antisocial behaviour at the time it occurs.

*During the above hours our proactive team of Anti Social Response Officers will be available to help residents experiencing antisocial behaviour. They offer a range of services including witnessing, intervention, reassurance patrols, home visits and other proactive duties.
At all other times outwith office hours, Police Scotland call handlers will provide telephone advice and assistance if and when required.
