Tenants have always enjoyed meeting in person and attending our various engagement events. This allows us to connect with our tenants and enables them to share their views about where they live. By taking these views into consideration, we have developed a series of tenant participation events.
Tenant Participation team events
We recognise that our tenants would like to see more events within their communities. Taking a locality-based approach allows us to become more accessible to tenants and residents while building stronger relationships within communities.
We want to hear your views on which events you would like to see in your area. Get in touch to share your views by emailing tenantparticipation@northlan.gov.uk or calling 01698 302 565 where you can leave a message and a member of the team will get back to you as soon as possible.

Housing Matters Event
Consultation Event on the Future of Social Housing Regulation.
The Scottish Housing Regulator has launched a national discussion on the future of social housing regulation in Scotland.
It is important that North Lanarkshire’s views are captured, therefore we have arranged for North Star Consulting and Research to work with North Lanarkshire Council tenants to introduce the discussion paper, gather tenants’ views and draft a response to the Regulator.
Tenants who attend the consultation will be asked to approve the response before it is submitted.
Discussion Paper & Questionnaire will be sent to those booking a place prior to meeting.
Event date
Tuesday 25th July 11.00am - 1pm
Dalziel building (Room G5), 7 Scott Street, Motherwell ML1 1PN
