Tenant Participation Team

Developing tenant participation across North Lanarkshire

Our Tenant Participation Team supports local tenants and residents with issues that matter to them. The team works with existing groups as well as engaging with individual tenants and residents.

Our aim is to involve the community by consulting with tenants and residents and providing information, support and advice to help develop participation across North Lanarkshire.

We recognise that it is the people living in our houses and neighbourhoods who are the experts on what works and what doesn't. We want to deliver the services that tenants need and we want to get it right first time. We can only do this if tenants and community members work with us and tell us what is important.

There are a range of options to make sure that our tenants and service users can get involved in a way that suits either on a collective or individual basis. To find out more about the opportunities to become involved then please contact the Tenant Participation team.

Tenant participation virtual drop-in sessions

We aren’t able to meet face to face at the moment, but the team are still here to support our existing groups.

We can also still answer enquiries for those who are thinking about setting up a tenants and residents association and those who require advice and support. You can request a virtual meeting with one of our Tenant Participation Officers through Microsoft Teams. If this is something you would be interested in, please get in touch with us.

We are also on Facebook.
