As part of the Common Housing Register a pdf icon Housing Options Guide [1Mb] has been developed for customers and staff of all the partner landlords taking part in the Common Housing Register.

The guide provides a wide range of housing information and advice on all available housing options in North Lanarkshire to help people in need make informed choices about their housing situation.

This guide will be a continual work in progress document which includes detailed information on stock and turnover and is a key part of the councils drive to prevent situations of housing crisis and promote the principles of prevention and support to help people sustain their housing circumstances.
