The introduction of the Housing (Scotland) Act 2025 presents an opportunity to develop a dedicated strategy for the Private Rented Sector that recognises the vital role the sector plays within North Lanarkshire’s wider housing system in providing housing to tenants and prospective tenants. The strategy should also highlight areas for improvements to benefit landlords and tenants.
