Summer placements
This initiative offers employers a valuable opportunity to give something back to their community by helping young people gain essential workplace skills. It is also a chance for employers to make a positive impact on the local workforce by supporting young people in developing a strong foundation in the industry.
A number of employers supported the programme in 2024, 2025, and 2026. As we move forward, we would like to get more businesses involved.
Students are recruited by us and matched to placements according to their skills, knowledge and career aspirations.
