Request and pay for a special uplift

Use this form to request and pay for items to be collected from your home.

Before you start

There is a charge based on the number and types of items being collected. Items are separated into two categories: electrical and non-electrical.

The maximum number of electrical and non-electrical items that can be collected in one uplift is ten, which is charged at £36.75.

There is a charge of £105 for bulky items associated with home renovations. If you want these items to be uplifted, please call 0345 143 0015 to book.

Permitted items:

Please note that two bin bags are classed as one item.

You can take items to your nearest recycling centre free of charge.

Requests can be made up to 4pm the day before an available collection date.

You can cancel or change your appointment up until 4pm the day before collection and get a full refund.
