Construction is underway on the project, which is being delivered by CCG (Scotland), on the vacant ground at the former Columba High School in Whifflet, and forms part of our new supply programme to deliver 6,000 new homes by 2035.

The mix of homes includes flats, semi-detached properties and bungalows with 22 of these being wheelchair suitable and a further 57 amenity houses meaning they can be adapted over time to meet tenants' needs.

Designed and built to the highest standard, the new homes will feature solar panels, EV charging points and modern, energy efficient heating systems.

This £26.8M project is supported by a £13.2M contribution from Scottish Government. CCG started onsite on 14th April 2025 and the development has an estimated completion of August 2027.
