Each year we invest in upgrading the homes and living environment of elderly and disabled tenants.
We have started upgrading Dundyvan Sheltered Housing Complex in Coatbridge. Work to the designated “Sheltered Plus” complex will include:
- extended entrance area
- additional storage area for mobility scooters
- upgrading of lighting and fire doors in walkways
- painting of common areas in dementia friendly colours and new furniture
