Introduction
Like all responsible owners, we invest in our properties to make sure our tenants live in safe, secure and healthy homes.
During 2022/23, work will take place through our investment programme.
We own over 36,000 properties throughout North Lanarkshire making us the largest local authority landlord in Scotland. Each year on average, we invest millions each year on works to tenants' homes.
Our aim is to make sure our houses continue to meet the Scottish Housing Quality Standard and are as energy-efficient as possible.
As well as investing in our existing homes, every year we also carry out an ambitious multi-million-pound regeneration programme involving the demolition of a number of properties and building new homes capable of meeting the changing needs of our residents.
