A £25.5million development has created a total of 150 new energy efficient and adaptable modern homes for affordable rent. 19 of these homes have been built to Net Zero standard.
Built on the former site of the eight-storey towers and playing field stretching from Thrashbush Road to the Stirling Road boundary, there will be a mixture of one-, two- and three-bedroom houses and cottage flats
This project incorporates several community benefits that the contractor CCG has pledged to deliver.
