The Newmains and St Brigid’s Community Hub is a modern, vibrant multi-use space at the heart of Newmains. The hub offers a variety of bookable rooms available throughout the day, with extended access in the evenings and at weekends, supporting learning, leisure, and community activities.

Hub services

A range of support services run weekly from the hub, offering help with finances, health, employment, wellbeing, and community activities.

Monday

Tackling Poverty Team: 9:30am – 4:30pm
NHS Quit Your Way: 10am – 12pm
Phoenix Futures Family Support: 12pm – 2pm

Wednesday

Routes To Work: 9am – 4pm
ADHD Network (bi‑weekly): 9am – 12pm
Active NL Zumba: 6pm – 7pm

Thursday

North Lanarkshire Disability Forum – ICJ drop‑ins: 11am – 1pm | General enquiries: 1pm – 3pm
Active NL Body Attack: 6:15pm – 7:15pm
Active NL Yoga: 7:15pm – 8:15pm

Friday

Carers Together: 9am – 4pm
Phoenix Futures Family Support: 11am – 1pm
Families Here and Now Service: 2pm – 4pm

Accessibility

We want to ensure the Newmains & St Brigid’s Community Hub is accessible and welcoming to everyone. The building has been designed with trauma informed principles and inclusive access in mind, and we provide a range of facilities to support visitors with additional needs.
