This development will provide a modern facility that supports the needs and aspirations of St Kevin's Primary School pupils, present and future, along with the wider Bargeddie community.
The new community hub will deliver 21st-century learning, teaching and community facilities. The future facility will provide high-quality indoor and outdoor sports facilities along with a dynamic landscaped playground.

Kier Construction has been appointed by Hub South West as the preferred contractor for the project.
The wider design team consists of:
- Stallan Brand (architect)
- Curtins (structural engineer)
- RSP (mechanical engineer)
An extensive stakeholder consultation process has been undertaken with teachers, pupils and the wider community to ensure the new facility best meets the needs of its intended users.
