- Community Facilities
- Partnership Zone
This development will provide a modern facility that supports the needs and aspirations of St Stephen's Primary School pupils present and future, along with the wider local community.
Proposals
The new community hub will deliver 21st-century learning, teaching and community facilities. In addition to the facilities listed above, the future facility will provide modern indoor and outdoor sports facilities along with dynamic landscaped playground areas.

Morrison Construction has been appointed by Hub South West as the preferred contractor for the project.
The wider design team consists of:
- Ryder Architecture (Architect)
- Struer (Structural and Civil Engineers)
- RSP Consultant Engineers (Mechanical and Electrical Engineers)
An extensive stakeholder consultation process has been undertaken with teachers, pupils and the wider community to ensure the new facility best meets the needs of its intended users.
