Pay or appeal a fine

Our parking attendants can issue Penalty Charge Notices (PCN) to vehicles that do not comply with the parking rules.

PCNs are £60, reducing to £30 if paid within 14 days.

They will show the reason for the notice and the date, time and place the parking offence took place.

More information about parking enforcement can be found on the FAQ page.

How to pay a parking fine

You can pay the PCN online by credit or debit card.

You can also use our automated payment line on 0330 041 4691.

Please note, once payment has been made you will be unable to appeal the PCN and no refunds will be given.

How to appeal a parking fine

If you think the PCN has been issued incorrectly, you can appeal online within 28 days.

If you have lost your ticket contact the parking enquiries team on 0330 041 4691 and press option 4 to speak with an advisor.
