The new regulations, which have been effective since 13 May 2024, enable the better management of the eight car parks listed below, and ensure that:

• Disabled bays are for the exclusive use of blue badge holders.
• EV charging infrastructure is available for EV vehicles.
• Heavy Goods Vehicles are excluded from parking (vehicles over 3.5T).
• Vehicles do not park in car parks outwith hours of opening.
• Aisles and footways are kept clear from vehicles.

Those not complying with the terms and conditions may be subject to a Penalty Charge Notice, and the vehicle may be removed from the location at the owner's expense.
