Our Fun Boats will be closed on Saturday 27 July at Strathclyde Country Park due to the Home International Rowing Regatta.
Social work has staff located in, or linked to, all hospitals in North Lanarkshire providing assessment and care management.
We have an important role in assisting with a patient's discharge from hospital to ensure either a supported return to their own home within the community or to a residential or nursing care home, if necessary.
