North Lanarkshire Children’s Services Partnership
North Lanarkshire Children’s Services Partnership works together to deliver services and support that improve outcomes for children, young people and families. The partnership brings together public bodies, youth representation and community and voluntary sector representation.
In North Lanarkshire our vision is for our children and young people to be loved, nurtured and empowered to thrive across all aspects of their lives. We will work collaboratively with children and their families and our partners to ensure our children have the best start in life and are supported to fulfil their potential. We will do this by making sure we have the right supports available, at the right time and delivered in the right places to ensure equity for all.
Our planning and delivery of children’s services is underpinned by the 'United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child' (UNCRC).
We have produced a partnership agreement, developed with young people, setting out how we work with children and young people and support meaningful engagement and participation.
