Never be afraid to try and talk to someone you're concerned about.

It can feel awkward or intrusive to try and talk to someone that seems depressed or upset. But don't be put off. Talking is very often the first step towards feeling better. It starts with a conversation.

Too many people are afraid of offending someone or feeling embarrassed if the person doesn't want to talk. But we have to remind ourselves that there are far worse things than feeling a bit uncomfortable. Never be afraid to try and strike up a conversation.
