North Lanarkshire Council and the Coatbridge Neighbourhood Board are pleased to announce the launch of the Coatbridge Pride in Place Community Empowerment Grant Fund 2026-2027.
Quick eligibility checklist
The fund has been created to support community and voluntary sector organisations delivering projects, activities and events that contribute to the Coatbridge Regeneration Plan.
Funding awards between £1,000 and £5,000 are available for projects contributing to:
Community capacity building activities such as:
Community events and activities such as:
Local environmental projects and awareness raising that encourage people to get involved in environmental action and awareness.
This could include organised sessions, workshops, or gatherings that help people learn about their local environment, take part in practical activities, or come together to explore environmental issues. Examples might include:
Projects must take place between 1 June 2026 and 31 March 2027.
Organisations considering applying are asked to read over the guidance note for key eligibility and fund rules.
