Notice is hereby given that North Lanarkshire Council propose to consider the introduction of a Traffic Regulation Order, the effect of which will be to amend the North Lanarkshire Council (Airdrie Area) (Traffic Regulation) (Consolidation) Order 2018 (Variation Order No 1) as detailed below.

Delete articles 3 to 47 in their entirety

Add articles 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14

Amend Schedules I, II, III, IV, V, VI, VII, VIII, IX, X, XI, XII, XVI

Any person wishing to make representations in support of, or raise an objection to, the proposals must do so in writing to the Chief Officer (Legal and Democratic), North Lanarkshire Council, Civic Centre, Windmillhill Street, Motherwell ML1 1AB or to the email address troconsultation@northlan.gov.uk no later than Wednesday, 11 June 2025 and must contain the name and address of the person making the representation/objection, the matters to which they relate and the grounds on which they are made.
