Emergency repairs

We will respond to emergency repairs within three hours of being reported.

In an emergency, there are certain things you can do to avoid any more damage or danger, however if you are unsure, contact us for advice.

Remember - If an emergency happens in your home out of office hours, you can phone our 24-hour repairs service on 0800 678 1166.

Urgent repairs

We will carry out urgent repairs within three working days of you reporting the problem.

The timescale from being reported to completion: eight working days allowed. This includes:

  • three working days for inspection (if required)
  • two working days to be processed and issued to service provider
  • three working days for service provider to complete

Routine repairs

We will carry out routine repairs within 20 working days of you reporting the problem.

The timescale from being reported to completion: 25 working days allowed. This includes:

  • three working days for inspection if required
  • two working days to be processed and issued to service provider
  • 20 working days for service provider to complete

uPVC door renewal including manufacture of door

We will carry out uPVC door renewal including manufacture of door within 40 working days of you reporting the problem.

The timescale from being reported to completion: 45 working days allowed. This includes:

  • three working days for inspection if required
  • two working days to be processed and issued to service provider
  • 20 working days for the door to be manufactured 
  • 20 working days for service provider to complete
