An award-winning intergenerational project has successfully brought together fifteen senior citizens from the Chestnut Café at Stepps Parish Church and pupils from St Joseph’s Primary School for a four-week digital skills programme.

The Woodlands Park Campus in Wishaw was officially opened on Wednesday 26 November, marking an exciting new chapter for pupils with additional support needs.

A recent event brought together local organisations and contractors to promote the benefits of collaboration.

In 2022, North Lanarkshire Council published a research report on the lived experiences of Black, Asian, and Minority Ethnic (BAME) communities living in North Lanarkshire.
