Liquor licence applications

• Reconfiguration of floor plan of premises to effectively convert from the current public house usage to convenience store usage. This includes the creation of a “beer cave” style arrangement in respect of the alcohol display and an overall removal of current fixture and the installation of shelving, gondolas, and a sales counter.
• Amend the Operating plan regarding On Sale core hours to N/A each day of the week and Off Sale hours from 11am to 10am each day of the week.
• Amend the Operating plan regarding other activities to N/A.
• Amend the Operating Plan to add “ The premises may open prior to the commencement of the core licensed hours for the provision of non – alcohol related items and services. In addition, home deliveries of food and alcohol may be provided subject to the terms of the Licensing (Scotland Act) 2005.
• Amend Operating plan to remove statement regarding ages of Children to Not Applicable.
• Amend the Operating Plan current Capacity for On Sales 863 to Off Sales – 71.22 m²Amend the description of the Premises from “basic local public house” to “General Convenience Store”.

Brief overview of the nature of the business proposed to be carried out on the premises

The premises will be used for mixing and creating alcoholic drinks and cocktails. These drinks will be sold via home delivery only. Sale & service of items required for a party, this may include other alcohol, glass rental, beer keg, beer keg machines, rental and other party goods such as balloons, hot tubs etc.

• To remove specific conditions no 6 - "that no caffeinated alcohol to be sold"

Amendments to other activities including the addition of Occasional Belly-Dancing Entertainment

Amendments to Children and Young Persons;

Children & Young Persons may be present in the Restaurant if accompanied by an adult for the purpose of eating a meal.

Children and Young Persons are allowed entry Monday – Sunday, 12noon – 11.00pm. 

Access to sit down restaurant area
