Liquor licence applications

• Reconfiguration of floor plan of premises to effectively convert from the current public house usage to convenience store usage. This includes the creation of a “beer cave” style arrangement in respect of the alcohol display and an overall removal of current fixture and the installation of shelving, gondolas, and a sales counter.
• Amend the Operating plan regarding On Sale core hours to N/A each day of the week and Off Sale hours from 11am to 10am each day of the week.
• Amend the Operating plan regarding other activities to N/A.
• Amend the Operating Plan to add “ The premises may open prior to the commencement of the core licensed hours for the provision of non – alcohol related items and services. In addition, home deliveries of food and alcohol may be provided subject to the terms of the Licensing (Scotland Act) 2005.
• Amend Operating plan to remove statement regarding ages of Children to Not Applicable.
• Amend the Operating Plan current Capacity for On Sales 863 to Off Sales – 71.22 m²Amend the description of the Premises from “basic local public house” to “General Convenience Store”.

Change to Layout Plan 

• Minor increase to the area immediately behind bar counter to give more room behind the bar 

Change to Operating Plan 

• Increase in On Sales Hours - Sunday 11am Opening
• Addition of Off Sales hours - Monday - Sunday - 11am - 10pm
• Increase alcohol area to 4sqm
• Addition of home delivery of food and food and alcohol (never alcohol only)
• Addition of tasting and themed nights

Change to Layout Plan 

• Variation of the layout plan to reflect refurbishment of the premises.
• Rearrangement of the Subway Deli area (by removing the customer seating area), which will result in an increase in the retail display areas for general convenience within the premises.
• Relocate the public display area of off sale alcohol to a location next to the service counter.
• This will result in the display area to a total of 14.81m². 

Operating Plan

• The capacity of the premises per Q7 of the Operating Plan shall be 14.81m².
