Glenmanor Primary School and Nursery Class in Moodiesburn has been praised by inspectors for its welcoming environment and the positive relationships between staff and children.
Inspectors found children to be settled, happy and confident, benefiting from caring interactions that support their wellbeing. They also highlighted the improvements made to the learning environment, creating spaces where children feel safe, secure and ready to learn.
“I am delighted that inspectors recognised our children as polite, confident and proud of their school,” said Head Teacher Jane Murphy. “Our report reflects the effective teamwork and commitment of our staff, the enthusiasm of our pupils, and the support of our families, partners and the local community.
The inspection also recognised the nursery team’s efforts to improve the learning environment and their commitment to reflecting on practice and working together to support children’s development.
