Records retention

We aim to manage our recorded information in a cost effective, efficient and sustainable way. Retention schedules support this aim by helping identify types of recorded information (record series) and the length of time they should be retained for legal or administrative purposes. They also assist in identifying records to keep for permanent preservation and promote consistency in the disposal of records.
