Change to Layout Plan

• Variation proposes to amend the layout to include external areas to the front and rear of the premises and the addition of a kitchen area to the internal layout. 

 Change to Operating Plan

       Variation proposes to amend the operating plan to include 

• Bar meals during licensed hours.
• Children’s access for 0-17 year olds until 10pm or until the terminal hour if attending a private pre-booked function.
• Change in capacity to Internal - 112, External - 60, Overall - 112.
• Outdoor drinking.
• Seasonal variations.

 Disabled Access and Facilities 

• Ramp provided for access to front – premises single storey floor level.
• Accessible tables.
• Table service provided where required.
• Service dogs welcome.

Change to Layout Plan

• Refresh of the retail layout in the public area.
• Include a new and larger chiller for display of alcohol products.
• Small reduction in ambient wines and beers in public area of display.
• Change of shelving display in the non-public area of display, this will result in an increase behind the service counter

Change to Operating Plan 

• Variation of Q7 capacity to 11.54m² of off sales display.
• Add additional text to section 5(f) – “The premises offer takeaway “food on the go”. Customers may order groceries, food and drinks, including alcoholic drinks for home delivery from the premises.
