• Reconfiguration of floor plan of premises to effectively convert from the current public house usage to convenience store usage. This includes the creation of a “beer cave” style arrangement in respect of the alcohol display and an overall removal of current fixture and the installation of shelving, gondolas, and a sales counter.

• Amend the Operating plan regarding On Sale core hours to N/A each day of the week and Off Sale hours from 11am to 10am each day of the week.

• Amend the Operating plan regarding other activities to N/A.

• Amend the Operating Plan to add “ The premises may open prior to the commencement of the core licensed hours for the provision of non – alcohol related items and services. In addition, home deliveries of food and alcohol may be provided subject to the terms of the Licensing (Scotland Act) 2005.

• Amend Operating plan to remove statement regarding ages of Children to Not Applicable.

• Amend the Operating Plan current Capacity for On Sales 863 to Off Sales – 71.22 m²Amend the description of the Premises from “basic local public house” to “General Convenience Store”.

• Seek the removal of the specific condition that "until 1900 alcohol will only be permitted into screens showing a film classified for 18 year olds or over, private, conferences or corporate events. From 1900 onwards alcohol will be permitted in all screens."

Amend Layout Plan to:

• To remove the demise of the adjacent hotel accomodation from the licence area.
• To vary the extent of the existing outdoor drinking facilities associated wit the premises.

Amend Operating Plan to:

• Remove 'Accomodation' as a permitted activity.
• Add external drinking facilities as a permitted activity.
• To vary the narrative following Q5 to refer to Gaming Machines rather than AWP
• Vary description of premises from "Hotel, Restaurant, Bar situated in own grounds" to "Restaurant and Bar".

• Increase alcohol display area from 18.81 m2 to 22.41m2.

Amend the following items on the operating plan to:

• Q3 - Amend terminal off sales hour to 10pm Monday to Sunday.
• Q5(c) - Recorded music to be played within and outwith core hours.
• Q5(e) - Recorded music to be played within and outwith core hours.
• Q5(f) - Add Post Office Services, Home Delivery and Food to go.
