  • Q2 - Amend the commencement hour to 9am and terminal hour to 11pm Monday to Thursday. 
  • Q4 - To add permissions for seasonal variations and add the following wording - "The premises would like to take advantage of any extensions to licensed hours that North Lanarkshire Licensing Board may offer during the festive period or otherwise."
  • Q5 - To add permissions for receptions, club or other group meetings, recorded music, live performances, films and indoor/outdoor sports outwith core hours. To add permission for televised sports outwith core hours. 
  • Q5 - Further information to read as follows - " The premises will open prior to the commencement of the core licensed hours for the provision of breakfast, teas, coffees, pastries, etc. For the avoidance of doubt, no alcohol will be sold until the commencement of the core licensing hours. From 8am the premise may as ancillary to the breakfast service(bar meals) provide for private bookings (receptions or club meetings), recorded music/live performance which prior to core hours would be background in nature, films/TV sport may be shown and any indoor sports (pool/darts or the like available), customers may make us of the external area at breakfast time."
  • Q5(f) - To add the following wording - "The premises may host a number of themed nights and events; quizzes; functions; birthday parties and other celebrations; private events; charity nights; corporate events; tastings; product launches and auctions. Takeaways, online orders, outside catering and home/office deliveries of food and alcohol may take place.

  • Variation of Premises Licence to amend the operation of the premises to a licensed convenience store providing off-sales only, amend the premises description to “Licensed Convenience Store in Cumbernauld”, and amend the licensed off-sales display capacity to 30.7m².
  • Remove on-sales hours, capacity and associated activities including bar meals, receptions, group meetings, live performances, sports, gaming, dance facilities and outdoor drinking and remove seasonal variations.
  • Amend off-sales hours to commence at 10:00am Monday to Sunday and remove conditions relating to children's access.
