- Reconfiguration of floor plan of premises to effectively convert from the current public house usage to convenience store usage. This includes the creation of a “beer cave” style arrangement in respect of the alcohol display and an overall removal of current fixture and the installation of shelving, gondolas, and a sales counter.
- Amend the Operating plan regarding On Sale core hours to N/A each day of the week and Off Sale hours from 11am to 10am each day of the week.
- Amend the Operating plan regarding other activities to N/A.
- Amend the Operating Plan to add “ The premises may open prior to the commencement of the core licensed hours for the provision of non – alcohol related items and services. In addition, home deliveries of food and alcohol may be provided subject to the terms of the Licensing (Scotland Act) 2005.
- Amend Operating plan to remove statement regarding ages of Children to Not Applicable.
- Amend the Operating Plan current Capacity for On Sales 863 to Off Sales – 71.22 m²Amend the description of the Premises from “basic local public house” to “General Convenience Store”.
