Information on our performance is published through our Building Standards Annual Verification Report.
Annual Verification Performance Report
This document includes information on our service delivery, the timescales and targets we must meet and our performance against these. It is regularly reviewed throughout the year and is submitted annually to the Scottish Government.
We appreciate and value customer feedback, so from time to time we may ask for your opinion. As well as our own consultation work, the Building Standards Division of the Scottish Government may contact you for research purposes and to measure national customer satisfaction levels.
The council system for complaints and feedback provides the opportunity to give your views on the service we provide.
