Future development sites
We have appointed a design team to deliver the next phase of new build houses. The design team are responsible for producing a site layout and applying for statutory consents such as planning and Scottish Water approvals.
We are also in the process of appointing contractors to carry out the construction works. The next phase of sites to be developed and the estimated start dates for developing these sites are detailed below.
